Registration

The registration fee includes unlimited access to all scientific sessions, lunches and coffee breaks from Thursday through Saturday as well as the social events on Thursday and Friday evening.

Registration has to be made via this website; payment by credit card or any other option offered. In case you have any problems, please contact the Administrative Office (phone: +43-676-498 41 51. Any accompanying persons to the social events will have to pay separate fees.

CONFIRMATION

Upon receipt of the correct registration, each participant will receive a confirmation of registration with an individual barcode. Please print this confirmation email and bring to the registration desk as proof for your registration.

Cancellation

Refund of fees, less 10 % administrative charges, can be applied for in writing until 15 August 2017. After this date no refund can be made for cancellations.

For any name changes, a handling fee of € 25 will be charged.

The participant acknowledges that he/she has no right to demand compensation from the organisers should the holding of the meeting be hindered or prevented by unexpected political or economic events or generally by force majeure, or should the non-appearance of speakers or other reasons necessitate programme changes.

NEWSLETTER

Upon registration participants agree to have their email addresses entered into our congress newsletter database to be informed about future events. With the first email received any participant who does not want to get any more information can make use of the UNSUBSCRIBE link to have his/her email addess removed from our congress database.

 

With his/her registration, the participant accepts these terms.
